Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental experience with Base Camp Tokyo - The Rental Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the camping equipment or outdoor gear you rented from us, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your rental order if you wish to return or exchange the equipment. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure that you have a positive rental experience with us. Please note that we do not offer refunds for rental equipment that has been damaged or lost during your rental period. We recommend that you take proper care of the equipment and return it on time to avoid any additional charges.
